Kathmandu, Feb 22: Jyoti Life Insurance Company is preparing to issue a 6.6 million IPO to the general public.
The Security Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the application on Friday. The SEBON) has given permission for the issue of 6.6 million ordinary shares worth Rs 660 million. The company is going to issue an IPO equal to 30 percent of the total capital. NMB Capital has been appointed the issue manager for the proposed IPO issue. However, the date of the issue hasn’t been declared yet. The issue manager is preparing to publish the public details in a few days.
