Kathmandu, February 13: On the occasion of its 10th anniversary, National Banking Institute (NBI) is hosting a Banking Conclave on February 17 with the theme “Deliberation for the next Decade”.
Leading banking personalities from the region have been invited to a deliberate session on various panel discussions during the event. Amongst them Dinesh Khara, MD of State Bank of India, V. Vaidyanathan, MD & CEO of IDFC Bank, Sanjiv Malhotra, Banking expert and Independent Director of State Bank of India, Ashish Parthsarathy, Treasurer of HDFC Bank, Ashwani Sindhwani, CEO, Foreign Exchange Dealers Association of India (FEDAI) and Tamal Bandyopadhyay, a business journalist from India.
The conclave will see further deliberations from Shovan Deb Pant, CEO of Bank of Kathmandu Nepal, Anil Shah, CEO of NABIL Bank, PC Kandpal, Chief General Manager, SBI, Dr JN Mishra, CEO, Indian Institute of Banking and Finance and Prakash Rohera, noted leadership coach.
The conclave will also have governors’ panel comprising of Dipendra Bahadur Chhetri, Ganesh Bahadur Thapa and Bijay Nath Bhattarai all former Governors and this would be moderated by banker Sashin Joshi.
