Ncell opens new Ncell Centre in New Baneshwor

Kathmandu, November 3 : Ncell Private Limited has officially inaugurated the Ncell Centre in New Baneshwor in a new set up that provides all customer services from a single touch-point.

“The new Center has customer friendly design, which reflects what we are – a customer centric organization. Opening of this Centre marks start of our new journey wherein we would be coming up with more of such service outlets where our valued customers feel they are at home and get world class customer service experience,” said Andy Chong, Chief Commercial Officer of Ncell, inaugurating the Centre.

On the occasion of the opening of the new Centre, Ncell also honoured five customers visiting the Centre.

Ncell customers can acquire all services, ranging from general enquiry on products and services to SIM subscription to internet setting to various enterprise services from the newly opened Centre. The center also caters to customers need such as upgradation of their SIM cards to 4G, change of SIM and mobile number, modification of CUG numbers, biz plans, international roaming, bill payments, balance recharge and transfer, among many other services.

The Centre opens at 9 am and provides services till 7 pm during week days (Sunday to Friday) and on weekend (Saturdays), it opens at 9 am and closes at 5:30 pm.

Ncell operates 30 Ncell Centers across the country as a part of the company’s effort to reach out to the customers and serve them with simplified customer care, products and services, and enhance the customer experience.
