Kathmandu, September 26: The Central Federation of Public Transport has promised that it would not allow the situation that inconveniences passengers to secure bus tickets during the upcoming festivals.
Federation President Hom Prasad Adhikari claimed that no passengers would find a ground to complain that they could not find a bus for which they had booked tickets, were not given seats as mentioned in the ticket and were cheated.
The public has been urged to obtain bus ticket only from official counters with the help of people wearing blue tracksuits displaying its official logo. The Federation has also implemented a dress code for counters’ staff for the convenience of aspiring passengers and to make their travel hassle-free. RSS
