The government is going to issue a white paper including the latest economic status of the country today. According to a Parliament Secretariat source, Finance Minister Janardan Sharma will brief the Legislature-Parliament on Tuesday about the economic situation in the country.
He had announced to bring the document in the press conference immediately after the appointment of the minister. The white paper is issued to provide information on the current economic and financial situation of the country.
The Ministry of Finance had been preparing for this for about three weeks. According to a source in the Ministry of Finance, a ‘fact sheet of the current economic situation is being issued to show the country’s economic indicators as they are.
