Kathmandu, July 14 : A total of 1,705 people were discharged from health institutions after recovery from coronavirus across the country on Monday (July 13) , according the Ministry of Health and Population.
With this, the number of those who have got over the disease so far has reached 10,294. This is 60.7 percent of the total COVID-19 infected people in the country.
A total of 144 new COVID-19 cases were also detected yesterday, thus taking Nepal’s total tally to 16,945.
Of them, State- 1 recorded six, State- 2 forty one, Bagmati State 13, Gandaki State eight, State- 5 fourteen, Karnali State 46 and Sudurpaschim State 16. The death toll from the infection has been 38 (State 1 has nil death, four in State 2, nine in Bagmati State, five in Gandaki State, 10 in State 5, four in Karnali State and six in Sudurpaschim State). So far, 23,470 have been quarantined across the country and 6,613 kept in isolation.
