Kathmandu, August 7 : Ncell Axiata Limited (previously Ncell Private Limited) has recently launched Wirefree+ Wi-Fi service, the first of its kind in Nepal.

This new wireless data connection service, launched under ongoing umbrella campaign ‘Plus’, is targeted towards homes and businesses.

“Amazing bundled services and 2 4G SIMs with 5GB to 10GB data in each SIM depending upon subscription plan, and access to digital contents such as Mobiplex, Hungama Music, Daami Music and Prabhu TV are the main features of the service that is backed by 24X7 customer support,” claims a press statement issued by the company.

“The launch of Wirefree+ Wi-Fi service marks a new beginning of access to wireless data connectivity through wireless technology to provide a complete new experience with attractive bundled services to customers,” the release quoted Pradeep Shrivastava, Chief Commercial Officer Ncell, as saying.

Starting at Rs. 690 per month on a yearly subscription, interested customers depending on their requirements can pick any package from the three available categories Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Under the Gold category, customers get 60GB Wirefree+ data, 200 minutes on-net voice call, and 2 4G SIM cards with 5GB data in each SIM every month at a monthly rental of just Rs. 690 (excluding applicable taxes). 

Under the Platinum Category, customers are entitled to get 85GB Wirefree+ data, 500 minutes on-net talk time, and 2 SIM cards with 10GB data on monthly basis at Rs. 860 (excluding applicable taxes).

Similarly, under the Diamond Category, customers get 100GB Wirefree+ data, 1000 minutes on-net talk time, and 2 4G SIM cards with 10GB monthly data at monthly payment scheme of Rs. 950 (excluding applicable taxes).

Customers willing to take advantage of this service can visit the nearest Ncell Centres across the country. They can also book orders via mobile wallet Prabhu Pay, Khalti, Prabhu Kiosk, and Ncell Axiata website. Based on the validity period of the packages, customers are required to pay a one-time subscription fee of Rs 500, Rs 2,500, or Rs 3,500.
