Earlier, such service could be taken only from Pokhara, Bhairahawa and Kathmandu Valley. The first meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Dahal-led government decided to make the delivery of the basic services that are being provided to the citizens easy, simple, less expensive and hassle-free.

In order to implement the same decision, the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers had instructed the subordinate ministries to formulate an action plan and start the implementation process.

Officials said labor permits will soon be issued from Surkhet and Dhangadhi after technical and physical preparations are over. Necessary homework is being done by the government to that end, the officials said..

Earlier, citizens were not able to get labor permits from their respective provinces. The offices issuing labor permits approval have now been expanded as per the directive of Prime Minister Dahal.

Prime Minister Dahal even during the discussion with the secretaries had directed them to end the situation where citizens have to face long queues and other hassles to get services from the state.

After the Prime Minister asked him to implement his instructions so that the results can be seen within a month at the most, the ministries have started working by making an action plan for the implementation of the given instructions.
