Pandit Navraj Sharda Smriti Samaj has celebrated various religious and cultural programs marking the second anniversary of Pandit Navraj Sharda Smriti Samaj and the 103rd birth anniversary of Pandit Navraj Paudel.
This organization was established with the aim of contributing to various customs and rituals in time, as well as to establish a scholarship fund to help the disadvantaged and talented students of the society, who are turned away from education due to financial lack, to achieve school and higher education, provide contribution as much as possible in the education sector.
Nirmalraj Paudel, Chairman of Pandit Navraj Sharda Smriti Samaj, shed light on the background of the establishment of the organization and said that the organization was established with the desire to contribute to the society due to the rites, education and motivation given by father Pandit Navraj Paudel and mother Sharda Devi Paudel. He also mentioned that Pandit Navraj Paudel dedicated his whole life to Sanatan Dharma culture and social welfare.
The event was attended by members, officials, relatives, friends and prominent people of the society. This year, the organization has provided support to Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation Nepal to run a school for one year targeting the underprivileged. On this occasion, a group discussion and interaction related on religious rituals and culture was also held.
