After a sharp two-day decline totaling NPR 3,200, gold prices have seen a slight increase today. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has gone up by NPR 100 per tola, bringing it to NPR 192,300 per tola.
On Tuesday, gold had dropped by NPR 1,700 per tola, followed by another NPR 1,500 decrease on Wednesday. Yesterday, the price stood at NPR 192,200 per tola.
Gold had reached an all-time high of NPR 197,900 per tola on Baisakh 9.
