According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has risen by NPR 100 per tola today, reaching NPR 196,600 per tola.
Yesterday, the price of gold had surged by NPR 3,400 per tola, reaching NPR 196,500 per tola.
The highest-ever recorded price of gold in Nepal was NPR 197,900 per tola, observed on Baisakh 9 (mid-April).
The price of silver has also increased today by NPR 5 per tola, reaching NPR 2,255 per tola, as reported by the federation.
