The price of gold in the domestic market increased on Sunday (Falgun 1), continuing its upward trend.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations, gold prices climbed by Rs 2,300 per tola. With the latest increase, gold is being traded at Rs 305,800 per tola. On Friday, the final trading day of the previous week, the precious metal was priced at Rs 303,500 per tola.
Meanwhile, silver prices declined slightly. Silver has been fixed at Rs 4,985 per tola on Sunday, compared to Rs 5,000 per tola on Friday.
