The fair will be organized by Introduction Trade Shows Nepal Pvt. Ltd. in partnership with Bangladesh’s Ministry of Industry Bangladesh and the Export Promotion Bureau. Supporting institutions include the Nepal Chamber of Commerce, Lalitpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bhaktapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Chamber of Industries Morang.

eTicketNepal.com has been appointed as the official online partner, while Biratbazaar will facilitate business-to-business (B2B) engagement. Participants from countries including India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives are expected to attend.

According to organizers, the fair aims to promote goods and services, explore market opportunities, strengthen buyer-seller connections, and enhance regional trade cooperation.

More than 150 exhibitors are expected, with projections of around 100,000 domestic visitors and approximately 5,000 international delegates and business participants, as shared by Fair Coordinator Suman Maharjan.

The exhibition will also highlight quality and export-oriented products while encouraging businesses to explore new markets. Featured sectors will include garments, cosmetics, handicrafts, leather goods, automobiles, furniture, agricultural and organic products, information technology, home appliances, health products, food items, and construction and interior design.

In addition to exhibitions, the event will host B2B meetings, seminars, cultural performances, and entertainment programs. Organizers believe the fair will create new opportunities for investment and contribute to the growth of trade in Nepal.
