Kathmandu, April 2 : A wholly owned subsidiary of Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Mega Capital Markets Limited, has received Merchant Banking License from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
As per the Company’s CEO Suday Kant Jha, Mega Capital shall provide various Merchant Banking services like Issue Management, Underwriting, Share De-materialization, Share Registrar, Portfolio Management and Corporate Advisory services from its Corporate Office located at Saket Complex, Tripureshwar, Kathmandu.
According to the Chairman of Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Ishwar Bahadur Gurung, the Company will duly come into operation in few days with a formal opening ceremony having the main objective to provide innovative and value added services to address the needs and objective of the share market participants and investors.
