Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) has declared a dividend. The bank is going to distribute dividends for the first time after its establishment.

The bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 20 billion. It has announced a cash dividends of Rs 1.70 billion, which is 8.5 percent. The bank has stated that this amount is inclusive of tax.

The declared amount will be distributed after the approval of the Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the annual general meeting.

The dividends to be distributed is from the profit till the end of last fiscal year.
