Gold and silver prices continued their upward trend in the local market today, with both metals registering gains compared to Tuesday’s rates.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), hallmark gold is now priced at Rs 306,600 per tola, while silver is trading at Rs 5,290 per tola.
On Tuesday, gold was traded at Rs 305,500 per tola and silver at Rs 5,240 per tola, indicating a steady rise in prices.
In the international market, media reports show that gold is currently trading at USD 5,060 per ounce, while silver stands at USD 82 per ounce.
