The price of gold has increased again today, following a rise of Rs 3,000 per tola on Sunday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold surged by Rs 2,400 per tola on Monday, reaching Rs 240,400 per tola, marking the highest rate in Nepal’s history.
Earlier, on Thursday of last week, gold prices had reached Rs 239,200 per tola before slightly declining.
On Friday, the price of gold had dropped by Rs 4,200 per tola. However, after setting new record highs continuously from Sunday to Thursday, gold has once again broken its previous record today.
Similarly, the price of silver has also increased. Silver rose by Rs 35 per tola, reaching Rs 3,220 per tola, which is also the highest price ever recorded in the Nepali market.
