Gold prices declined in the local market today. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold is being traded at Rs 306,500 per tola on Thursday.
On Wednesday, gold was traded at Rs 306,600 per tola. This means the price of gold has decreased by Rs 100 today.
Meanwhile, silver prices have increased. The federation reported that silver is being traded at Rs 5,340 per tola today, compared to Rs 5,290 per tola on Wednesday.
Thus, silver has risen by Rs 50 per tola.
According to international media reports, gold is currently being traded at 5,083 US dollars per ounce, while silver is priced at 83 US dollars per ounce.
