Gold prices increased in the Nepali market on Tuesday, while silver prices saw a slight decline.
After rising by Rs 3,200 per tola on Monday, the price of gold climbed by an additional Rs 1,300 per tola today. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold is now being traded at Rs 314,800 per tola. On Monday, it was traded at Rs 313,500 per tola.
In contrast, silver prices decreased on Tuesday. Silver, which was traded at Rs 5,595 per tola on Monday, is now being traded at Rs 5,585 per tola — a drop of Rs 10 per tola compared to the previous day.
In the international market, gold is currently being traded at USD 5,170 per ounce.
