Nabil Bank Limited and Nepal Telecom have recently signed a special agreement for Electronic Payment Gateway (EPG) Service on February 02, 2020.

 This service enables Nepal Telecom users to recharge or top-up their GSM postpaid and prepaid mobile phones or get the top-up balance via Nepal Telecom Website using their Visa and MasterCard.

Bhanu Raj Shrestha, Chief Business Officer, Nepal Telecom and Binaya Kumar Regmi, Chief Marketing Officer, Nabil Bank signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

 Shrestha of Nepal Telecom said, “The service has been introduced acknowledging the demand of customers and need of electronic payment system platform whereby the customers from around the globe can recharge or top-up balance using their Visa and MasterCard believing that it delivers the ease to enjoy the services”. It shall be extended for the purchase of other services of Nepal Telecom.

Likewise, Regmi of the bank said, “This partnership will serve as a milestone for the development of Electronic Payment System in Nepal”.
