May 19 : With the detection of 18 more cases of COVID-19 on Monday (May 18), the country total tally has climbed to 375.
The swab samples of 12 males from Banke tested positive for virus during Bheri hospital lab, according to the Ministry of Health and Population. In the same vein, two persons from Dhanusha and one male each from Sunsari, Jhapa, Khotang and Dailekh districts contracted the disease.
All of the infected are in normal health condition and, in touch with health workers.
So far, two persons have died of the disease while 36 others have already recovered from it in the country.
