With this, tourists from anywhere can log in to the website and book hotels of their price and standards. The website has provided multiple options for the service-seeker such as homestay, hostel, and apartment or house room.

Managing Director of Hotel & Home Pvt Ltd Utsab Pathak said the service has been launched so that domestic and foreign tourists can book hotel rooms ranging in different prices.

“This portal would help tourists to ascertain the place to live in with confidence before travel. Also, this would end the situation wherein tourists face hassles in finding hotels”, he explained.

The website has presented brief information about the hotels, room-wise price, room decoration, bedding, furniture, and other amenities and services. Chairperson of Hotel and Home Pvt Ltd Shailesh Karki, software engineer by profession, said the website was developed in one-and-a-half years taking into consideration the present context wherein people are increasingly inclined to use e-service in several sectors.

The company has offered a 10 percent discount on online booking during the probation time. “Tourists can choose the hotel of their preference as they can instantly know about services and conditions through the website”, Karki added.

As of now, 300 hotels from prime tourism destination areas including Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Nagarkot, Dhulikhel, Chitwan, Bandipur, Ghandruk, Lumbini, Butwal, Pokhara, and Charikot have been affiliated to the website, Chairperson Karki informed. The owners are planning to launch their apps after the Dashain festival.
