Chairman of Welcome Advertisement and lyricist Nirmal Raj Poudel has celebrated Dar program with senior citizens at Minbhawan-based Ni:Sahaya Sewa Sadan.
Marking the upcoming festival Teej, lyricist Poudel, who is also popularly known as Ad Guru, and his team visited the old age home and served senior citizens food to celebrate the Dar program on Wednesday.
On that occasion, Saroj Dhakal, the ward Chairman of Kathmandu Metropolis-31, said that the ward is providing all possible support for senior citizens. He applauded the management team of the old age home for quality services provided to senior citizens. Likewise, Yogesh Adhikari, co-administrative officer of Sewa Sadan informed that there are 39 senior citizens between 65 and 100 years old. During the program, senior citizens enjoyed listening the new Teej song “Yaspaliko Teej Ramailo” written by lyricist Poudel, sang by Shanti Shree Pariyar and music composed by Mohit Munal.
