The prices of gold and silver increased in the domestic market on Sunday, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders Association.
Gold, which was traded at Rs 188,500 per tola on Friday, rose by Rs 300 to reach Rs 188,800 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver also saw a modest increase. Silver climbed by Rs 5, rising from Rs 1,980 per tola on Friday to Rs 1,985 per tola on Sunday.
The latest price hike reflects ongoing fluctuations in the international market and continued investor interest in precious metals.
