Kathmandu, January 17 : Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Trade Promotion Council of India have signed a bilateral agreement to promote trade between Nepal and India.
The agreement has incorporated issues like promoting trade between Nepal and India in the interest of both countries, increasing trade relations and sharing information regarding trade, commerce and investment.
According to the NCC, exchange of bilateral trade delegation to forward ‘Trade Mission’ in an effective way as well as organizing international seminars are also incorporated in the agreement.
The NCC has so far signed agreement with 66 International Chamber of Commerce and Industries of different countries with an objective of expanding international trade and bilateral relations.
Chair Rajesh Kaji Shrestha on the behalf of the NCC and Deputy Director General of Trade Promotion Council of India signed the agreement in New Delhi on Tuesday, according to NCC Director Hari Prakash Chand.
