Armed Police Force (APF) inspector Suraj Paudel has successfully climbed the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest, also known as Sagarmatha, on Monday.
Representing the APF, Paudel reached atop Mt Everest at 10:20 am on Monday, said Deputy Superintendent of APF Shailendra Thapa.
During the process, he also successfully climbed Mount Lobuche, which is next to Everest.
Inspector Paudel, leading a mountaineering team of Elite Nepal APF Everest Expedition through the Sherpa Extreme Pvt Ltd, on April 12, had left for the mission to climb the world’s highest peak.
