Kathmandu, December 20: A mega fair of Nepal’s information and communication technology (ICT) sector, CAN Info-Tech, will take place from February 14 to 19 at Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Hall in the capital.

To be organized by the CAN Federation, it will showcase the latest technological breakthroughs and innovations across the world.    

According to the organizers, the flagship event is being held in seven locations- Itahari, Birgunj, Chitwan, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet, and Dhangadi- outside the valley starting from the same date.

  The event will be categorized into various segments including branding, ICT accessories, game parlor, product launches, robotics, e-based management, wi-fi, internet, learning center and showcase of projects prepared by ICT students of different colleges.

Similarly, it will display a wide range of products and services like operating system software, networking solutions, mobile phones and solutions, electronics, security solutions, solar power systems, power inverters, laptops and desktop computers, printers, power systems, computer accessories, anti-virus software, CCTVs, and hard disks.

The six-day exhibition is expected to see the total footfall of 400,000.

Interested companies, colleges, start-up businesses can register at CAN Federation by December 22 to book their stall for the event.
