Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has signed an agreement to guarantee the shares of IME Life Insurance company.
CIT Executive Director Raman Nepal and IME Life Insurance CEO Kabi Phuyal signed the agreement regarding the guarantee of shares.
It is mentioned in the agreement that 12 million units of shares at a rate of Rs 276 by adding 176 premiums to the par value of Rs 100, worth Rs 3,312 million will be guaranteed.
