COVID-19 : four patients recover, nine more cases detected

May 21 : Four people recovering from COVID-19 have been discharged from the Sukraraj Tropical and Communicable Disease Hospital, Teku in the capital today. They include two women aged 27 and 37 respectively and two men of 27 and 37 years old respectively. With this, the total number of people who have recovered from the virus has reached 49 in the country.

Similarly, nine new cases of the disease were reported today itself, according to the Ministry of Health and Population. Among them, 8, whose age ranges from 17 to 55 years old are from the Jhapa district and one male aged 27 from the Rupandehi district.

With this. the total number of the people infected with COVID-19 has reached 453 in the country with three fatalities.
