Kathmandu, September 2 : Generation Next Communications Pvt. Ltd, the authorised distributor and service centre of Apple Products (iPhone , MacBook , iMacs, Ipads)  is going to host a ‘free service camp’ for Apple users in Nepal.

In order to facilitate iPhone users, Gen Next is having a free service camp from 15th Bhadra (September 3) to 20th of Bhadra (September 7). Customers can take the benefit of this camp from official service center of Apple which is located in Sherpa Mall.

Generation Next has also announced an offer for Apple users who show their iPhone at the service camp. This includes accessing backup transfer from the old iPhone to the new iPhone, solving all software related problems, and accessing dust cleaning services inside the iPhone.

Pawan Bhimsaria, Managing Director of Generation Next Communications Pvt. Ltd said, “The purpose to set a free service camp is mainly to stop gray iPhones and facilitate customers who have bought official iPhones.”

“We are providing best services to the customers but Customers in Nepal aren’t aware about ‘Genuine product’, so only the iPhone purchased from the official distributor will be checked at ‘Free Service Camp’. Illegal iPhone sellers are cheating consumers in Nepal by refurbishing Apple iPhones and selling them as brand new,” he said.

Gen Next has requested iPhone buyers and users to purchase only iPhones brought through official channel in Nepal. Generation Next has also asked to check the IMEI of the iPhone by going to Gen Next’s website to ensure whether iPhone they purchased is official or not. Also SMS IMEI number to 34001

In Nepalese market Generation Next has iPhone 6S of 32GB storage, iPhone 6s Plus of  32GB, iPhone Seven Plus of 32GB and 128GB, iPhone 8 of  64GB, iPhone 8 Plus 64GB and 256GB, iPhone X of 64GB and 256GB, all storage option for iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR have been made available.
