The price of gold has risen again today. After increasing by Rs. 9,200 per tola on Friday to reach Rs. 301,400, the price of gold has gone up by an additional Rs. 2,400 per tola today.
With this increase, the price of gold has reached Rs. 303,800 per tola today, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association. This is the highest price of gold recorded to date.
On Friday, the price of gold stood at Rs. 301,400 per tola.
Earlier, on Wednesday, the price of gold had surged by Rs. 10,400 in a single day, but on Thursday it fell by Rs. 2,900 per tola to Rs. 292,200.
The price of gold had also increased by Rs. 2,700 per tola on Tuesday, Rs. 4,200 on Monday, and Rs. 600 on Sunday last week.
Meanwhile, the price of silver has also reached an all-time high today. Silver prices rose by Rs. 290 per tola, taking the price to Rs. 6,480 per tola.
