The price of gold, which increased on Monday, has slightly dropped today.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold is being traded at Rs 253,300 per tola, down by Rs 300 from the previous day.
On Monday, the price of gold had reached Rs 253,600 per tola.
Earlier, on October 17, the price of gold had reached Rs 258,800 per tola, the highest recorded so far.
Meanwhile, the price of silver has increased today. Silver, which was Rs 3,535 per tola yesterday, has risen by Rs 15 to Rs 3,545 per tola. Silver prices have been steadily increasing in recent days.
