Gold prices declined again today, continuing the downward trend seen on Friday. After falling by Rs 2,000 per tola on Friday, the price of gold dropped further by Rs 100 today.
With the latest decline, the price of gold has come down to Rs 258,300 per tola. On Friday, gold was traded at Rs 258,400 per tola after a drop of Rs 2,000.
Earlier, on Mangsir 29, the price of gold had reached Rs 260,700 per tola, which remains the highest price recorded so far.
Meanwhile, silver prices increased today, reaching an all-time high. According to the federation, the price of silver rose by Rs 100 per tola to Rs 4,105 per tola.
This is the highest price of silver recorded to date, with prices having increased continuously over the past few days.
