Kathmandu. April 15: Minister for Finance Dr. Yubraj Khatiwada has said that the government was ready to work with private sectors. Speaking in an interaction on pre-budget discussions here today, Minister Khatiwada expected 55 percent investments from private sectors in upcoming five years.
He further clarified that the government was (ready to work) not so liberal to provide grants to the industries. Minister argued that providing grants and collecting taxes was the duty of the government so it will go simultaneously.
He said that the laws conducive for investment were already enacted therefore there was no confusion to the investors regarding the investment. Minister Khatiwada also said that the government was prioritizing domestic productions to boost the national economy. RSS
