Kathmandu, August 14; The Supreme Court has yesterday issued an interim order against the decision of the Nepal Rastra Bank to put an age-limit for Chief Executive Officer of banks and financial institutions.
Accordingly, the single bench of Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana has stayed the decision until the matter is finalized.
The apex court order comes in response to a writ filed against the decision by the CEO of Prime Commercial Bank Narayan Das Manandhar.
