Jazeera Airways will resume flights services from Gautam Buddha International Airport, Bhairahawa starting March 9.
According to the company, Jazeera Airways will conduct three flights a week from Bhairahawa.
The flight will take off at 8:05 am from Bhairahawa and land at 10:5 am (according to local time) in Kuwait on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Jazeera Airways has set Rs. 28,836 as one-way airfare from Bhairahawa to Kuwait.
Rabi Chandra Singh, chairman of General Sales Agent and Society International Travels Services said, Jazeera Airways is promoting Lumbini, the birthplace of Gautam Buddha, as the religious destination for many Indians living in the Middle East.
“We are confident that the promotion of Gautam Buddha International Airport will increase the flow of tourists and help boost the economy of the country,” said Singh.
