Digital wallet “Khalti” and BIM Association of Nepal (BIMAN) are accompanied to commence with ‘Khalti-Digital Educational Service’. In this regard, an official partnership has been signed between the two organizations.
Ravins Pokharel, the enthusiastic Khalti Officer, said that beside problems faced by students, the academic administration are also struggling with these issues, where human resources need to be hired, hectic time, hassles, and due to hand-to-hand money transactions, there is a severe risk of disease transmission (for instance Covid-19), chances of note tearing and some fake money transactions which ultimately creates complication in any institution.
Niraj Karki, Business Head of the Khalti organization, said that to mitigate such problematic issues, Khalti will provide necessary digital service facilities in the educational sector. “We are assured that the way we have created the system for our digital school, college will have a 100 percent optimistic effect.”
BIMAN (being an educational institution related to information technology management), President Suraj Bhattarai, said that this organization has been working to encourage the use of technology since its establishment. “We believe that this collaboration of BIMAN with Khalti will result educational institutions, students and parents to perform tasks associated with the institution easier and comfortably than before.”
