Baglung, November 16 : Standing Committee Member of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Janardan Sharma has said that the local levels should monitor the projects with national pride within their territory.
Former Minister Sharma, who arrived in Baglung to monitor the Mid-Hill Highway, suggested that the local levels should monitor the construction works of the national pride projects since they are the primary beneficiaries of the projects.
During the interaction programme with the NCP leaders and cadres, and people’s representatives in Baglung, Sharma said that the government should avert the problem of budget crunch and bring the sluggish contractors to book adding that the Mid-Hill Highway plays crucial roles to prosper the district.
On the occasion, Mayor of Baglung Municipality Janakraj Poudel and leaders of the NCP urged leader Sharma to take initiative for the speedy blacktop of Baglung-Bihun road section of the Mid-Hill Highway. RSS
