Kathmandu, June 30 : The government has decided to extend the ongoing lockdown until July 22.
A cabinet meeting held at Baluwatar on Monday June 29) made the decision on giving continuity to the present format of the nationwide lockdown, which was recently eased to some extent.
Considering a consistent spike in the COVID-19 cases across the country, the government made such a decision.
So far, the country has witnessed 13,248 such cases including 3,134 recoveries and 29 deaths.
