Kathmandu, January 9: MetLife Nepal has today inaugurated its new branch office at Ravi Bhawan in the capital. This is the company’s 31st office in all of Nepal and 10th within the Kathmandu valley.
The newly opened office, inaugurated by Vice President and General Manager of MetLife, Nirmal Kajee Shrestha, will provide the customers with services like application and premium collection, policy delivery and other support services related to policy changes, reinstatement, customer inquiry handling, and document processing.
“The new office is a valuable addition to our business as we continue to strengthen and expand our presence in Nepal,” said Shrestha. “The location and provision of additional services will increase our ability to serve our current and potential clients even better.”
MetLife has been operating in Nepal since 2001 as a branch of American Life Insurance Company, incorporated in the USA, subsidiary of MetLife, Inc. In Nepal, MetLife provides consumers and businesses with life insurance, accident & health insurance and employee benefits (group insurance).
