Kathmandu, September 14: MetLife has unveiled a new service app with an aim to facilitate the customers to gain the information on its products and services digitally.
“The app is available for free download from both the IOS App Store and Andriod Google Play. Once a customer securely logs into it, s/he will be able to view information like the status of theirpolicy, total premium paid, and premium installments paid, as well as make premium payment for their policies,” states a press release issued by the company.
Moreover, the customers can also receive policy notifications like premium due dates and full maturity notifications. The app also contains contact information for any type of customer support or inquiries, as per the release.
With its latest digital product, the company expects to make the lives of it customers more simple and easy as they can access its services from their mobile phones.
