Nabil and NBB transactions to be halted until Monday morning

All banking services and transactions of Nabil Bank Limited and Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited will be closed from today evening to Monday morning.

Nabil Bank has acquired Nepal Bangladesh Bank and is preparing to conduct integrated financial transactions from Monday. The Central Offices and Branch Offices of Nepal Bangladesh Bank will operate as the Provincial Branch Offices of Nabil Bank Limited from the 27th of Asar.

The bank has stated that all banking services and transactions of Nabil Bank will be closed before office hours on Monday morning after office hours on Friday for the purpose of integrating all the data of both the banks into a single banking software.

Similarly, all the counters and other banking services operating on public holidays on Saturday the 25th will be closed. The bank has informed that Nabil Bank’s credit card and prepaid card will be in operation at that time.

Similarly, in Nepal Bangladesh Bank, all banking services and transactions of the bank will be closed till office hours on Monday morning after office hours.

At that time, the credit card of Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited will be in operation.

Similarly, Nabil Bank has stated that it will provide new cards by informing the customers to gradually replace all types of cards issued by the former Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited.
