Kathmandu, May 6: The Kathmandu University and the Institute of Automotive Engineering are organising the National Automotive Engineering Conference at Dhulikhel of Kavrepalanchok district on May 10 and 11. Thirty-two experts will give their presentation on 22 different topics including novelty, leadership, secured dynamics and robotics in the course of the conference.
Institute of Automotive Engineering’s vice-chair Sushil Tandukar said the conference is organised with the main objective of sharing of experience by experts and participants regarding the various findings of studies and research conducted by the university on the topic of automobile engineering, technological changes in automobiles companies and whether or not the Nepal’s automobile industries have internalized the changes that have come in the automobile sector worldwide.
The National automotive engineering conference will also discuss whether the curriculum adopted by the educational institutions like the universities and the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) are industry-friendly or not. — RSS
