Ncell has announced the release of its latest app update, aimed at improving user experience and accessibility to services. The updated version, now available on both Google Play Store and the App Store, introduces several new features while retaining its core functionalities.

Ncell has enlisted local IT talents to develop the upgraded app with a focus on user convenience. Users can now navigate the app with ease due to revamped interface and simplified menu options.

Key enhancements include personalized profiles for managing account details and preferences, as well as quick access to essential services within just two clicks. Additionally, users can track their usage, subscriptions, and packs effortlessly, ensuring greater control over their telecom needs.

The updated app also caters to the requirements of Nepali migrants during roaming, providing seamless connectivity options and hassle-free recharges. This initiative aligns with the company’s broader vision of empowering customers and leveraging local talent to drive digital innovation.

Likewise, Ncell is collaborating with partners such as Khalti and banks to introduce new features and content, enriching the app’s functionality and user experience. According to the company, features like daily quizzes and easy PRBT subscriptions aim to further engage users and enhance their digital journey.
