On the occasion, NICCI Vice President Agrawal said, “NICCI has the vision to make Nepal a part of “Grand International Expo” in Rome in 2030 to cover the sector of evolution and regeneration of territories threatened by climate change, diversity and inclusion of communities, national and international decentralisation and mobility, and digital connectivity for economic and social development.” Moreover, NICCI has planned to place one pavilion of Nepal in the upcoming ‘Milan Trade Fair 2023’ which will take place in March 2023 to promote Nepali businesses, products and culture in Italy.
Both the countries are culturally rich and share their cultures. The friendship between the two countries has grown even more significantly since Nepal’s earthquake of 2015 when Italy raised funds for Nepal. The meeting was also an opportunity for promoting Nepal’s business, trade and tourism in Italy and vice versa.
