Kathmandu, May 7: Nepal has received a pre-feasibility report regarding the Kathmandu-Raxaul railway project from India, according to media sources.
The report was submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the Indian government last week with a prime objective to further conduct a feasibility and detailed project report of the said project (Kathmandu-Raxaul railway).
The ministry is expected to forward it to the Office of the Prime Minister, Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport for further process.
