Kathmandu, March 26: Citizens Bank International Ltd has appointed Ganesh Raj Pokharel as its new CEO (Chief Executive Officer). The 295th meeting of the board of directors of the commercial bank held on Monday (March 25) decided to appoint Pokharel to the post for four years with effect from April 1.
Before assuming the new post, Pokharel worked as the assistant CEO of the bank for nearly a decade. His area of expertise includes overall business operations and development. He holds an Executive MBA degree in Finance/Marketing from Kathmandu University and BL (Banking) degrees from Tribhuvan University.
