PPMO blacklists 33 construction companies

PPMO blacklists seven construction companies

The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) has blacklisted 33 construction companies, including Pappu Construction Pvt Ltd, for failing to complete various projects on time. The PPMO issued a notice on Tuesday announcing the blacklisting of these companies.

According to the notice, the blacklisted construction firms will be ineligible to participate in any public contracts for a period of two and a half years from the date of publication of the notice. Consequently, these companies have been disqualified from 29 projects spanning across sectors such as energy, road construction, infrastructure development, urban development, municipalities, and metropolitan offices, including projects involving roads, buildings, and bridges.

Among the blacklisted companies are Pappu Construction, Prem Nirman Sewa, Saptakoshi Jaladhar Nirman Company, Om Sai & Company, Universal Construction & Water Treatment, Koshi & Neupane Nirman Sewa, Om Sai Construction, A1 Khaptad Construction & Order Suppliers, Chandi Nirman Sewa, Siddhibaba Construction Company, and Namuna Construction.

Additionally, Mahesh Engineering Builders, Naveen Construction, Aman Construction, Bhavya Construction, Sahni Builders, Mama Bhanja Nirman Sewa, Karmabhoomi Construction, Susman Construction & Suppliers, Roshi Construction, Argha Bhagwati Construction, Paurai Baba Construction, Muskan Construction, GS & SS Construction, Umang Traders, Pashupati Construction, Karchen Construction, Sneha Nirman Sewa, and Khadka Devi Construction are also on the blacklist.
