Kathmandu, October 21: Hansraj Hulaschand and Company Pvt. Ltd, the sole authorized distributor of two-wheeler Bajaj motorcycles in Nepal, has introduced Anti-lock braking system (ABS) in its all-new Pulsar NS 200.
“Anti-Lock Braking System has become increasingly important to ensure road safety for two-wheelers. The efficacy of ABS systems in preventing locking of wheels and offering greater control to the rider even in wet roads has been proven beyond doubt,” states a press release issued by the company.
A two-wheeler equipped with ABS is said to always be safer to operate as it reduces braking distance and prevent sliding and skidding of bike not only in treacherous road conditions, or in case of an emergency, but also in everyday riding scenarios. Meanwhile, it lessens chances of injury to the rider and increases the bike stability.
The introductory price of Pulsar NS 200 ABS is fixed at Rs. 3,34,900.
