Rasuwagadhi-Kerung border point has come into a full-fledged operation.
The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply said that the border has been fully operational since Saturday.
A meeting of the Nepal-China Coordination Mechanism on Border Trade and Cooperation was held in Lhasa on March 29. According to the agreement reached in the meeting, the checkpoint has come into operation.
Secretary at Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Nepal Madhu Kumar Marasini and Vice Chairman Sonam Nyima of Tibet Autonomous Region of China jointly announced the re-operation of the border crossing.
